Terms of Service
Gesture Control Terms of Service
Effective date: September 4, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Gesture Control, an Android application provided by TCool LTD. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
Using the app
You may use Gesture Control for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for your device, permissions, selected gesture actions, and any apps or camera functions that a gesture opens.
You must not use Gesture Control to interfere with another person’s device, bypass device security, or perform unlawful or harmful actions.
Gesture behavior and compatibility
Gesture recognition depends on device sensors, hardware, Android version, manufacturer software, grip, movement, sensitivity, Pocket Protection, and background-execution policies. Gestures may occasionally be missed or detected unintentionally. You should test settings on your device and should not rely on Gesture Control for emergencies, personal safety, medical use, or other safety-critical purposes.
Background and lock-screen behavior may differ by device. Android may require a notification tap before opening a camera or selected app. Some manufacturers may restrict foreground services or sensors while the screen is off.
Battery use
When monitoring is enabled, Gesture Control uses motion sensors and may hold a partial wake lock so gestures can be detected while the screen is off. This can increase battery consumption. You can stop monitoring from the app or its ongoing notification.
Lifetime Pro purchase
Gesture Control may offer an optional one-time Lifetime Pro purchase that unlocks eligible premium features for the Google Play account used for the purchase. Purchases, payment methods, taxes, cancellations, and refunds are processed under Google Play’s terms and policies.
Pending, canceled, invalid, refunded, or revoked purchases do not provide Pro access. You may use Restore Purchase to ask Google Play to restore an eligible completed purchase. We do not guarantee that every current or future feature will be included in Lifetime Pro.
Double Chop flashlight monitoring and its essential notification and Stop controls remain available without a Pro purchase unless the app description is updated before a future release.
Diagnostic data
The app may keep limited diagnostic motion traces in private device storage to help investigate gesture accuracy. These files are not a promise of support, recovery, or permanent retention. You are responsible for any files you choose to export or share.
Availability and updates
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue app features. Updates may be required for security, Android compatibility, Google Play Billing, or continued operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every Android device.
Intellectual property
Gesture Control, its software, design, illustrations, and content are owned by TCool LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCool LTD disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by stopping monitoring and uninstalling it.
