Presentation Click App Terms of Use

Terms that apply when you use Presentation Click.

These Terms of Use govern your use of Presentation Click, an Android application provided by TCool LTD.

Using the app

You may use Presentation Click for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for your device, Bluetooth permissions, and the computer or presentation software you connect to. You must not use the app to interfere with another person’s device or connection.

Presentation Click controls a computer through Bluetooth Human Interface Device functions. Compatibility depends on the operating system, Bluetooth hardware, and presentation software on the computer. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or software configuration.

Advertising and optional purchase

The app may include advertising. An optional in-app purchase may be offered to remove advertisements. Purchases are processed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play’s terms, billing rules, and refund policies.

Availability and updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the app. We may release updates that are required for security, compatibility, or continued operation. You are responsible for installing updates made available through Google Play.

Intellectual property

Presentation Click, its software, design, and content are owned by TCool LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCool LTD disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
