Scan Print Labels Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Scan Print Labels, an Android application provided by TCool LTD. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Using the app

You may use Scan Print Labels for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for the products, templates, label content, printer connections, files, permissions, and devices you choose to use with the app.

You must not use the app to create or print unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, or misleading labels. You must not attempt to interfere with the app, its subscription checks, Google Play Billing, or the Scan Print Labels IAP service.

Local data and printer communication

The app is designed to keep product data, templates, imported files, print queues, print history, and backups on your device. Label content is sent only to the printer you select for printing. You are responsible for keeping your device and local backups secure.

Printer compatibility depends on the printer model, USB or Bluetooth connection, Android version, permissions, media, and manufacturer software. Printing may fail, be delayed, or produce unexpected output. You should review labels before relying on them for shipping, inventory, or other business decisions.

Membership and Google Play Billing

Scan Print Labels may offer an optional Pro membership with monthly or annual billing. Google Play processes the payment, taxes, localized price, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refund. The price and terms shown by Google Play at checkout control the transaction.

Pro access is associated with the Google account used for the purchase. You may use Restore Purchase to recover an eligible purchase on another installation. An active Pro membership may be used on up to three registered devices for that account.

Free use remains available subject to the limits shown in the app. We may change free limits or Pro features in a future version, but a change will not retroactively alter a completed Google Play transaction.

Pending, expired, refunded, revoked, or otherwise invalid purchases do not provide Pro access. Subscription cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Google Play states otherwise.

Availability and updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including printer support and subscription features. Updates may be required for security, Android compatibility, Google Play Billing, or continued operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every Android device or printer.

Intellectual property

Scan Print Labels, its software, design, documentation, and content are owned by TCool LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TCool LTD disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Local data and backups may remain on your device until you delete them.
