AppRoute Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AppRoute, an iPhone and iPad application provided by TCool LTD. By downloading or using AppRoute, you agree to these Terms.

Using AppRoute

You may use AppRoute for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for the routing rules you create, the websites you visit, the apps you choose as targets, and the permissions you grant to the Safari extension.

You must not use AppRoute to interfere with another person’s device, bypass security controls, access information without authorization, or perform unlawful or harmful actions.

Routing and third-party apps

AppRoute evaluates supported web links and may create a link intended for another app. Routing depends on the rule, the source URL, the installed target app, the target app’s URL scheme or Universal Link behavior, Safari, and iOS or iPadOS policies.

Third-party apps, websites, URL schemes, and services are controlled by their respective providers. They may change, become unavailable, reject a link, display different content, or require additional confirmation. AppRoute does not guarantee that a routed link will open successfully or that the target app will display a particular result. When routing cannot be completed, Safari may remain available as the fallback.

Local data and privacy

AppRoute stores routing rules, settings, and related routing state locally on your device and does not require an account. Its data practices are described in the AppRoute Privacy Policy.

Purchases and Restore Purchase

AppRoute may offer a one-time lifetime unlock for the price shown on the AppRoute purchase screen. The current product is intended to be a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Prices may vary by storefront, currency, tax, or other Apple pricing requirements.

Apple processes payment, billing, taxes, refunds, transaction records, and purchase access under Apple’s applicable terms and policies. AppRoute does not receive or store your full payment-card details. You may use Restore Purchase to ask Apple to restore an eligible completed purchase associated with your Apple ID.

Your access to paid features may be affected by a canceled, refunded, revoked, invalid, or otherwise ineligible transaction. The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement and applicable Apple Media Services terms may also apply to your App Store license and transaction.

Availability and compatibility

AppRoute requires a supported version of iOS or iPadOS and may require you to enable its Safari extension. Automatic routing can be limited by Safari, iOS or iPadOS, device settings, network conditions, installed apps, target-app behavior, and security or privacy controls.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, update the app, or require an update for security, compatibility, StoreKit, or extension behavior. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device, website, browser state, or third-party app.

Do not rely on AppRoute for emergency, safety-critical, medical, financial, or other situations where a failed or delayed link could cause harm.

Intellectual property

AppRoute, its software, design, branding, documentation, and TCool LTD-provided content are owned by TCool LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party names and apps remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

AppRoute is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. TCool LTD disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use AppRoute, a routed link, Safari, a website, or a third-party app.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer rights, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of AppRoute after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. You may stop using AppRoute at any time by disabling the Safari extension and uninstalling the app.
