Bluetooth Numpads Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Bluetooth Numpads, an iOS application provided by TCool LTD. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

Using Bluetooth Numpads

You may use Bluetooth Numpads for lawful personal or business purposes. You are responsible for your device, the Bluetooth permissions you grant, the computer you pair with, the applications that receive input, and the data you enter after a key press.

You must not use Bluetooth Numpads to interfere with another person’s device, access a computer or account without authorization, bypass security controls, send unauthorized input, or perform unlawful or harmful actions.

Bluetooth connection and compatibility

Bluetooth Numpads acts as a Bluetooth HID keyboard and requires pairing through the computer’s system Bluetooth settings. The app may require you to keep it in the foreground to provide input. Only a compatible computer with an active Bluetooth connection and an available HID input subscription can receive key presses.

Connection behavior and key results depend on iOS, macOS or Windows, Bluetooth hardware and drivers, computer security settings, keyboard layout, input method, the receiving application, and the state of the connection. The app does not automatically identify every host platform, guarantee first-time pairing, or guarantee that every key produces the same character or action in every region, layout, or application.

Bluetooth Numpads may stop sending input when Bluetooth is unavailable, the connection is interrupted, the app enters the background, or the host is not ready. It does not promise offline input, delayed delivery, or replay of keys after a connection is restored. You should confirm the computer’s visible result before relying on an entry.

No safety-critical use

Bluetooth Numpads is a convenience input tool. Do not rely on it for emergency response, medical care, personal safety, industrial control, financial authorization, access control, or any other situation where missed, delayed, repeated, or unexpected input could cause harm or loss.

Price and third-party services

The initial release is provided without a subscription or in-app purchase. Apple provides the iOS operating system and Bluetooth frameworks, and the computer manufacturer, operating system provider, Bluetooth driver provider, and receiving applications control their respective services. Their terms, privacy policies, pairing behavior, and availability may also apply.

Privacy

The app’s data practices are described in the Bluetooth Numpads Privacy Policy. Bluetooth Numpads is designed not to store a key-press history or upload keyboard input to TCool LTD.

Availability and updates

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, update the app, or require an update for security, compatibility, Bluetooth behavior, or platform requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device, or continued support for every operating-system version or computer configuration.

You may stop using Bluetooth Numpads at any time by disconnecting or unpairing it from the computer and uninstalling the app. Unpairing records and settings stored by the computer must be removed through the computer’s system settings.

Intellectual property

Bluetooth Numpads, its software, design, branding, documentation, and TCool LTD-provided content are owned by TCool LTD or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party names, operating systems, computers, and applications remain the property of their respective owners.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Bluetooth Numpads is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. TCool LTD disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the app, a Bluetooth connection, a computer, an operating system, or a receiving application.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, consumer rights, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of Bluetooth Numpads after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
